Hardware and networking Job in Miami

The Hardware Support Technician provides hardware support at the store level. Duties include troubleshooting hardware issues, maintenance of hardware equipment, and replacement of parts and equipment when necessary. Hardware maintained includes: Point of Sale, Windows workstations, telephones, laser and thermal printers, scanners, biometrics, and network hardware. The hardware support person must have transportation to and from stores as this position requires a lot of travel within South Florida area. This position rotates between morning and evening shifts weekdays and weekends and is included in an on-call work schedule to provide service to stores when the IT department is closed. Candidates must be bilingual, English and Spanish.
